I still couldn't decide on my way home from work.
On her way home from work, Minseo opens up to a friend about whether to quit the class she's been taking or keep going.
Minseo is torn over whether to keep taking the evening class she started or quit. Even after hearing her friend’s thoughts on the way home from work, she still can’t decide, and sits down with Haewol.
At the bus stop on the way home, Minseo’s friend says she’ll keep taking the class. Minseo says she thinks she wants to quit too, but puts the class materials her friend hands her into her bag. In the counseling session, Haewol hears that Minseo reopened her workbook on every day she missed class, then places quitting and continuing side by side on the same map. One sentence remains on Minseo’s lips, instead of a conclusion.
When you're unsure whether to keep learning
When you're choosing whether to stop or keep going, you can look at how each choice fits into your daily life right now.
When you were unsure about continuing your studies, what had just happened?
The moment lingers: after her friend said she’d keep going, Minseo said she thought she’d quit, yet still put the materials in her bag. Before deciding whether to stop or continue, she was already saying that keeping it up this way felt like too much. If you’re at a similar crossroads, you can tell me about that moment too.
