I don’t know where to start.

You don’t need to have it sorted out. “Today was hard” is enough to begin. Your guide asks from there and you work through it together. Writing “I don’t know what to say” is a fine first line too.

Are the counselors here real people?

They are AI, not people. That is why they are open at three in the morning, and why you can say as much as you want without feeling someone is sitting there listening. They do not diagnose or treat a mental illness.

How is this different from a chatbot? Is it fortune telling?

It does not predict your future, and it does not answer the moment you ask. It listens to what actually happened first. And when the conversation ends, that day becomes a webtoon — something you can open again months later. That is the biggest difference.

How long does one session take?

Usually six to ten exchanges are enough to bring a story together — fifteen to thirty minutes. If you step away and come back, it picks up where you left it, so you do not have to finish in one sitting.

Does the webtoon appear right away?

Not right away. When the conversation ends, the story is written and each scene is drawn, which takes a while. You do not have to wait — we tell you when it is ready, and you can see how far along it is under “My story”.

How far can I go without paying?

The daily fortune, lucky numbers, and public webtoons are open without an account. When you sign up you get five sessions right away, and one more every month. On the free plan you talk with three of the twelve guides — the first three you meet become yours. A plan is only for when you want to talk more often, and the prices are on the plans page.

What counts as one session? Does talking longer cost more?

It counts once when you start, and nothing more no matter how long you talk within it. Stepping away and coming back changes nothing. It counts again only when you finish that story and begin a new one.

Who else can see what I wrote?

No other member can. The conversation is sent to an AI service to write the reply and the webtoon (phone numbers, emails, and national ID numbers are masked before it leaves), and our operations team can open your session records and webtoons to handle inquiries and safety checks. Every access is logged with who and when.

Will my face or my real name appear in the webtoon?

There is nowhere to upload a photo. The character is drawn from the options you chose yourself, and if you write the name you want to be called, that becomes the protagonist’s name.

If I send a friend the webtoon link, how much can they see?

The conversation and the suggestions meant only for you are removed; only the scenes and the storyline go out. Names in the scenes become “the protagonist”, the link closes after seven days, and you can cut it sooner.

If I delete my account, does my story go too?

Yes. The account, the session records, and the webtoons are deleted together, and any link you shared closes at that moment. What you already sent to someone or saved yourself cannot be pulled back, and there is not yet a way to delete a single session on its own. Only the payment records the law requires us to keep are kept separately.

Why do you ask for my birth date and even the hour?

To set your age band and appearance in the webtoon, and to build the free daily fortune. Leaving the hour as unknown is fine. The session itself is a conversation, not a saju reading — your guide looks for answers in what you said today, not in your birth date.

I think I need a hospital. Can I try here first?

We do not diagnose and we do not replace treatment. If it is heavy, find a hospital or a professional counseling center first, and use this as a place to put the day in order in the meantime.
