Looking at the photo again, I can see where the rumor began
I pulled out an old photo and looked at it again, and remembered the rumors that spread about it.
Scenes
- The photo stayed the same, but the rumor changed — Looking at an old photo again, I realize the story about it has changed over time.
- This is all the photo can show — A photo only captures what was in front of the camera. It can’t tell us everything that happened at the time.
- The story grew as it passed from person to person — Someone explained the photo, and the person who heard it passed it on. We still don’t know who first said it.
- Write down what you confirmed and what you heard separately — First write down the photo’s date and what you confirmed yourself. Separately note who told you what you heard and when.
- A line at a time is enough — Tonight, write down what you can see in the photo and what you heard in separate lines. If you don’t know the source, leave it blank.
- It’s okay to leave the source unknown — Even if you don’t know where the rumor began yet, you’ll still have your notes separating the photo from what you heard.
