Dreaming the name on your promotion plaque is wrong - dream meaning with inherited lore
Getting a new title but seeing your name written incorrectly may reflect unease about whether the recognition feels right to you.
The plaque at your new desk shows your new rank, but your name is misspelled. You hesitate to ask for it to be corrected, or keep staring at the letters.
Korean lore: Promotion has traditionally been interpreted as a symbol of recognition or a change in status. If the misspelled name stood out too, the scene may hold the frustration of feeling that the recognition hasn’t fully reached you. (This interpretation draws on folk readings that connect promotion with social recognition.)
Through the mind: A scene like this may come to mind when a new role makes the evaluation criteria or title feel awkward. If you’re worried something may look like a mistake, consider what you’d like to set straight.
