A dream about your boss recommending you for a promotion - dream meaning with inherited lore
It may connect to wanting a senior person to recognize your abilities or wanting dependable support.
Your boss or a senior colleague puts your name forward to HR or shares a positive evaluation. Hearing this may reassure you or make you feel a weight lift from your shoulders.
Korean lore: Traditionally, a dream about being recommended by a senior person has sometimes been interpreted as help from a benefactor or a chance to gain recognition. It may also be seen as a period when support from those around you helps things move forward. (This follows folk dream readings that view a senior person or helper opening the way as a sign of support and meaningful connections.)
Through the mind: You may have felt strongly that you were struggling alone, or wished someone would notice your efforts. If being recommended still felt uncomfortable, you may be wary of how recognition is given or of relationships within the organization.
