A dream of losing and finding your promotion badge - dream meaning with inherited lore
It may reveal a worry about losing the recognition or qualifications you gained, along with a wish to get them back in the end.
You cannot find the badge or employee ID showing your new title, so you hurry around the office looking for it. It may end with you finding it in a drawer or bag and feeling relieved.
Korean lore: Traditionally, this has sometimes been interpreted as a scene of worrying about losing honor or status you've gained. If the ending involves finding it again, it may be seen as a flow toward recovering your shaken position. (This interpretation comes from a common folk-dream symbolism that reads losing and then finding an object as a shake-up and recovery in one’s status or opportunities.)
Through the mind: You may want reassurance that you’re doing well enough in a recent evaluation or new role. Even after your achievements are recognized, the dream may express pressure to keep holding on to that position.
