Dreaming of changing departments at your former workplace - dream meaning with inherited lore
Changing departments may connect with thoughts about leaving a familiar role or wondering whether you can do well in a new position.
You’re assigned to another team at your former workplace or sit at a desk in an unfamiliar department. Someone may explain your new duties, or you may feel thrown when separated from your old colleagues.
Korean lore: There’s no clear traditional interpretation of a department transfer. A change in roles may reflect changes in your life now or how you feel about taking on new responsibilities. (A department transfer is a scene from modern workplace life, so it’s best understood in the context of your own work rather than through folk dream interpretations.)
Through the mind: You may have this dream if you’re adjusting to a new team or thinking about the possibility of a different role. Whether you felt comfortable or uneasy in the unfamiliar position may hint at your hopes and concerns about change.
