Dreaming of seeing an elevator - dream meaning with inherited lore

You look at an elevator inside a building or stand in front of its doors. There may also be a feeling of waiting without deciding which floor to go to.

Korean lore: There is no especially clear old folk interpretation of elevators themselves. Traditionally, though, their upward and downward movement has sometimes been linked to changes in one's situation or the flow of life. (This interpretation comes from a modern folk-reading context that sees vehicles and changes in floor levels as symbols of change and shifting energy.)

Through the mind: The dream may reflect the feeling of checking where you are now and which direction to move next. Such scenes may feel clearer when you are facing a transition in your career, job, or home.
