A Dream of Being Chased by Black-and-White Shadows - dream meaning with inherited lore

A black-and-white shadow follows behind you, urging you to quicken your pace. As you run through places with no clear end, like alleys or hallways, the distance between you and the shadow sometimes grows.

Korean lore: Traditionally, scenes of black-and-white figures following you have sometimes been interpreted as worries lingering in your heart or unresolved matters. If you escaped safely, it may also be seen as a sign that you are gradually gaining distance from emotions you have held onto for a long time. (This interpretation comes from a folk tradition of reading the contrast between color and shadow as a sign of psychological burdens or traces of past events.)

Through the mind: Recently postponed tasks or old regrets may have resurfaced and begun weighing on you. The way you ran in the dream, along with the relief you felt upon waking, may also show the distance you need right now.

Lifestyle content that helps with self-understanding and emotional steadiness. When you need a professional diagnosis or advice, pairing it with a medical, legal, or financial expert gives you even more support.
