A Dream of Taking a Test in a Black-and-White Classroom - dream meaning with inherited lore

The classroom, desks, and test paper all appear in black and white, while the writing on the questions is either sharp or blurred. You may run out of time while writing answers, or calmly solve each question one by one.

Korean lore: Traditionally, dreams about taking tests or passing through a gateway have sometimes been interpreted as being related to proving your abilities or moving on to the next stage. A classroom fixed in black and white may add the sense that the preparation process feels repetitive and stifling. (This interpretation comes from a folk tradition of reading test scenes as symbols of competition and passing through, while linking colorless spaces to a monotonous flow.)

Through the mind: Your dream may have blended not only an actual test, such as the college entrance exam or a certification test, but also workplace evaluations, preparing to change jobs, or the expectations of people around you. The stronger your desire to do well, the more the world may appear divided only into right and wrong answers.
