Dreaming of riding a black-and-white elevator - dream meaning with inherited lore

A scene of riding a black-and-white elevator can sometimes hold the feeling of your position changing quickly in daily life or work, along with the tension that brings.

You step into an elevator that appears in black and white and watch the numbers change. Going up may bring anticipation, while going down may bring anxiety or fatigue.

Korean lore: Traditionally, dreams of going up and down have sometimes been interpreted as changes in one’s circumstances or shifts in a situation. If the dream appeared in black and white, it may also suggest that you have not yet found a clear sense of where things are headed. (In folk dream interpretations, height and movement are often used to read changes in status or circumstances.)

Through the mind: You may feel pressured to move on to the next stage at work, in your housing situation, or in a relationship. More than the elevator’s movement, the sense of control or confinement you felt inside it may show what is on your mind now.
