Only after the family is asleep do I start looking for something good to do
When I’m alone after my family falls asleep, I feel I should do something good for tomorrow.
Scenes
- After everyone falls asleep, I try to decide tomorrow on my own — After my family falls asleep, I leave only the living room light on, searching for something good to do tomorrow. Time passes, and I end up doing nothing.
- The more I search for something better, the more my hands stop — I could just choose one small thing, but I spend so long staring at the notes, looking for a choice that shines a little more.
- Positive action doesn’t only come after feeling good — Positive action doesn’t begin only after you feel better. Some days, a small action comes first, and the good feeling follows.
- Finishing just one thing is enough for tonight — Tonight, try washing just one cup for tomorrow morning, then stop. Even if your mood doesn’t change much, the action you finished will remain in sight.
- You can leave something good behind instead of waiting for it — Even after your family falls asleep, you don’t have to search for a special feeling. What small mark did you leave tonight—and what would you like to try next?
