Even after washing up, the day doesn't end
When you finish showering and stand before the mirror, tomorrow's tasks and words you never got to answer may come to mind before rest does.
Scenes
- Even after washing up, the day doesn't end — After showering, when you stand before the mirror, you find yourself checking your phone again before resting.
- Can I rest now? — Your body is clean, but you can't easily put the screen down, afraid something will slip away if you stop.
- You open the day again before the mirror — A request for tomorrow is waiting on your phone. As you write a reply, even the things from before your shower come back to mind.
- A shower alone can't close the day — Even after your body leaves the bathroom, your mind may still be caught up in unfinished tasks. The harder you try to force yourself to rest, the bigger those tasks can seem.
- Say one thing you've finished first — Before the mirror, say out loud one thing you finished today, then try leaving your phone outside the bathroom. It's okay if you don't feel better right away.
- A boundary doesn't take root all at once — Picking up the screen again doesn't mean you've failed. The moment you notice your hand returning is where the line of recovery begins.
