Before deleting anything, save the screens in sequence

• My photo was copied onto another sales post — The photos and text from my sales post have been copied exactly onto another account. My hand goes straight to the report button, but there’s something to save first.
• I want to get the copied post taken down first — The more you want the copied post gone right away, the less time you have to record how the original post connects to the other account. Sometimes, saving the record comes first.
• Look at both screens in turn — In the living room, I open my sales post and the other account’s post one after another. The photos and wording are the same, but my finger pauses over the report button.
• One screenshot isn’t enough — Evidence should preserve the context, not just one screenshot. The full post, account name, URL, date, and time should all appear together.
• Save the original post from start to finish — Save both the original post and the other post from beginning to end, and note down the account names and URLs. First, check that everything was recorded properly.
• Report it after that — It’s okay if you can’t save everything at once. If you preserve even one screen you checked today, you’ll feel less unsure next time about what to save before deleting anything.
