Dreaming of a zombie following you through a screen - dream meaning with inherited lore
Traditionally, this may be seen as invisible worries following you through every part of daily life.
A zombie appears in a video on your phone or computer, and even after you turn off the screen, it shows up again in another notification or window. Even when you try to escape the online world, its gaze keeps holding your attention.
Korean lore: Traditionally, troubling beings that keep appearing before you have sometimes been linked to worries or attachments that are difficult to shake off. Zombies on a screen can be interpreted as symbolizing the fatigue of constant information and messages in modern life. (This interpretation reads the traditional theme of anxiety and pressure in monster dreams against the modern backdrop of phones and online spaces.)
Through the mind: Constant stimulation from messages, news, and work alerts may have kept your mind from resting. Past conversations or scenes you saw online can also appear in dreams this way when they keep coming back to you.
