Dream of carrying a torch up stairs - dream meaning with inherited lore
It may reflect a wish to climb step by step, investing time and effort.
You climb a long staircase, holding the torch up with both hands. The stairs are steep, but you do not let go of the light, and at last you reach a high place and look down below.
Korean lore: Traditionally, moving a light upward has been read as steady progress toward status or achievement. It’s also seen as symbolizing a time when long efforts come to light. (This interpretation comes from folk dream readings that connect rising to higher places and a rising light with achievement and honor.)
Through the mind: You may be holding goals that require moving up step by step, such as a promotion, career change, exam, or independence. Even if it’s difficult, the scene may reflect a wish to hold on to your standards and motivation.
