Dreaming of thunder splitting the ground beneath your feet - dream meaning with inherited lore
It may reflect feeling threatened or pressured by changes happening close by.
Thunder strikes just ahead of you or beneath your feet, cracking the ground. Startled, you step back or hurry away from the crack.
Korean lore: In traditional interpretations, nearby thunder has sometimes symbolized sudden events or major change. If the ground cracks too, it may be seen as a sign of familiar foundations being shaken, though it shouldn’t be taken as a prediction of real danger. (This folk interpretation connects thunder’s symbolism of change with the image of the ground shaking.)
Through the mind: You may feel tense about unexpected changes in something or someone you thought was steady. Looking back on whether you could get away in the dream may help you sense how much room you have to respond right now.
