Dreaming of rice disappearing from a paddy - dream meaning with inherited lore
You may be feeling uneasy about losing the results you hoped for or the stable footing you’re used to.
You visit a rice paddy where rice had been growing, only to find it empty or the plants gone without a trace. You look around, confused, with no idea why.
Korean lore: There is no widely established traditional interpretation for rice disappearing. In traditions that view rice fields as the source of harvest and livelihood, it can be read cautiously as worry about losing something you had hoped for. (This is based on common folk dream symbols that connect crops and rice fields with livelihood and harvest.)
Through the mind: You may be in a period when results are still uncertain, or when you’re worried about losing your footing in work, money, or relationships. You might reflect on whether how startled you felt in the dream connects with the size of your worries lately.
