Dreaming that your resignation letter is rejected - dream meaning with inherited lore
It may reveal the frustration of feeling as though someone else is holding on to the situation you want to change.
Your supervisor or an HR representative returns your resignation letter or says it wasn’t accepted. The scene may continue with you explaining yourself again, changing the date, and waiting for an answer.
Korean lore: Traditionally, a scene where an important message is delivered but not accepted has sometimes been seen as a delay or an unexpected obstacle. A dream where your resignation is rejected has often been interpreted as meaning that adjustments remain before change can happen. (This scene adapts a folk interpretation that reads the course of events according to whether a petition or document is accepted, applying it to a modern workplace situation.)
Through the mind: The dream may reflect less a wish to quit itself and more a situation where you feel your opinions are not respected or you have no say in the choice. You may also be worrying in advance about practical matters that need sorting out, such as handing over your work or your team's reaction.
