Dreaming your department merges with another after your promotion - dream meaning with inherited lore
It may hold a worry that the familiar team could change along with the recognition of your work.
The day you hear about your promotion, an announcement about a department merger appears too. As you look for your coworkers on the new org chart, excitement and unease take turns washing over you.
Korean lore: Traditionally, changes in a workplace organization have sometimes been interpreted as feelings about changes in daily life or new relationships. Rather than treating a promotion as a sure outcome, they may be considered alongside feelings about leaving a familiar environment. (In folk dream interpretation, changes in the work environment can reflect shifts in the way work and relationships unfold.)
Through the mind: The team and way of working that may change afterward could feel more significant than the promotion itself. The dream may reflect a wish to know what will change and what will stay the same.
