A Dream of Choosing 13 - dream meaning with inherited lore
Traditionally, deliberately choosing something others avoid has sometimes been seen as a movement toward making your own choice beyond the taboo.
You deliberately choose 13 as a seat number, lottery number, or room number. Even if people around you try to stop you or look at you strangely, the dream may show you standing by your choice.
Korean lore: Traditionally, choosing something others avoid has sometimes been interpreted as the strength to overcome outside opinions or taboos. Some readings focus less on whether 13 itself is lucky or unlucky and more on your confidence and attitude toward choice in the dream. (In folk dream readings, facing or overcoming a taboo is sometimes seen as a symbol of change and resolve.)
Through the mind: You may want to follow your own standards rather than choose what others consider safe. Such a scene may appear when you are aware of those around you but do not want to keep postponing a decision about changing jobs, becoming independent, or a relationship.
