Dreaming of Looking in a Mirror - dream meaning with inherited lore
A scene of looking in a mirror can sometimes reflect how you have been seeing yourself lately.
In the dream, you stand before a mirror and look at your face or body. You may simply be keenly aware of the mirror without doing anything else.
Korean lore: Traditionally, dreaming of looking in a mirror has sometimes been interpreted as examining your appearance or current state. It may also be connected to a time when you’re reflecting on yourself or becoming aware of how others see you. (In folk dream interpretations, a mirror has often been read as a symbol of the reflected image and the state of the self.)
Through the mind: This scene may appear when you’ve been wondering, “How do I look to others right now?”—perhaps because of your appearance, reputation, or a recent choice. It may be that your tendency to evaluate yourself briefly appeared in the dream.
