Dreaming of pressing a number on a vending machine - dream meaning with inherited lore
Traditionally, choosing a familiar number can sometimes reflect a wish for a small opportunity or a choice.
You press a number on the vending machine to choose a drink, or look over the screen when you can’t find the one you want. As you wait to see what comes out, the numbers catch your eye.
Korean lore: In folk interpretations, choosing a number has sometimes been read as picking one option from many. Choosing what you want from a vending machine may also call to mind a small opportunity or wish. (This draws on folk interpretations that compare choosing or drawing a number to making a choice or finding an opportunity.)
Through the mind: If you're facing a small decision at work or in daily life, the scene may reflect your thoughts as you weigh what to choose. Your anticipation as you wait for the result you want may also appear as a number button.
Fortune angle: Traditionally, choosing a number may be linked to a chance to make a choice. Even if a number stood out in your dream, it doesn't guarantee real-life luck or financial gain.
