Dreaming of Numbers Changing - dream meaning with inherited lore
Numbers changing may reflect your heart trying to find its direction again as the conditions of a plan or relationship shift.
The number on a screen or document suddenly changes. It may get smaller or larger, leaving you startled or relieved.
Korean lore: Traditionally, changes in numbers have sometimes been interpreted as a shift in circumstances or in the flow of fortune. They are not always viewed as simply good or bad; sometimes the change itself is given meaning. (In folk dream interpretation, things growing or shrinking, and changes in numbers, have been linked to the flow of money, work, and relationships.)
Through the mind: This dream may appear when you feel tense about realities measured in numbers, such as your salary, home prices, performance, or schedule. It may also reflect a wish to prepare in case expectations and reality do not match.
Fortune angle: A scene where numbers grow is traditionally sometimes seen as a flow of increasing opportunities or resources, while numbers shrinking may be read as a reminder to review expenses or burdens. Either way, it is usually more natural to see this as a symbol of paying attention to current changes rather than a prediction of actual results.
