It may reflect a wish to express your feelings or desires in a safe way.
You draw the lotus stem and petals one by one on paper or a screen. You choose the colors, refine the shape, and gaze at the finished picture for a while.
Korean lore: Traditionally, drawing or decorating a lotus has sometimes been interpreted as setting a good intention and refining your heart. It may also be seen as calmly preparing a new plan. (In traditions that view the lotus as a symbol of purity and awakening, creating it can also become a moment of cultivating one’s mindset.)
Through the mind: You may be sorting through feelings or goals that are hard to explain in words, in your own way. It may also be a time to discover what you want through the process, rather than the result.
Lifestyle content that helps with self-understanding and emotional steadiness. When you need a professional diagnosis or advice, pairing it with a medical, legal, or financial expert gives you even more support.
