Dreaming of grass floating on water - dream meaning with inherited lore

Blades of grass or cut grass float on the water and drift slowly away. You may watch where they go or follow along the water, feeling regret or relief.

Korean lore: Traditionally, grass floating away on water has sometimes been interpreted as luck passing by or something slipping out of your hands. The reading may also take into account whether the water was clear or murky, and whether you tried to hold on to the grass. (In folk dream interpretation, flowing water brings time and change to mind, while floating grass suggests something caught up in that flow.)

Through the mind: You may be waiting for an outcome or letting go, inwardly, of a relationship that has already passed. If you watched the grass float by calmly, the dream may hold a wish to let go; if you felt regret, a wish to hold on.
