Dreaming of your former workplace with a new name - dream meaning with inherited lore
It may show a wish to redefine a once-familiar career or relationship from your current point of view.
You recognize the building, but the sign or company name has changed. You ask someone from the past to confirm it, or read the unfamiliar name several times.
Korean lore: Traditionally, scenes where a name changes have sometimes been interpreted as a flow in which a person or situation seems to take on a different character. When they appear alongside an old workplace, the dream may also be seen as reinterpreting past experiences. (In folk dream interpretations, changes in names and signs may be read as symbols to examine changes in identity, reputation, or relationships.)
Through the mind: You may no longer want to describe who you were back then by your old title or company name. The dream may also reflect the process of giving new meaning to your career after leaving that job.
