Dreaming of riding an elevator with no doors - dream meaning with inherited lore
This may reflect anxiety about being exposed to change without protection, or feeling unable to control what’s happening.
The elevator moves, but with no doors, the outside remains in full view. You’re careful to stay away from the edge or grip the handrail tightly.
Korean lore: There doesn’t seem to be a longstanding, fixed interpretation for an unusual scene like this. Traditionally, an elevator going up and down is sometimes read as a change in one’s circumstances. (This scene is interpreted through the usual symbolism of riding an elevator; there doesn’t seem to be a distinct folk tradition about elevators without doors.)
Through the mind: This may reflect feeling that you’ve entered a new environment without enough support to feel safe. You might also consider whether you’ve lately felt exposed to people’s judgment or the possibility of failure.
