Dreaming of the Dragon King Sending a Flood to Cover the Village - dream meaning with inherited lore
It may hold the feeling of emotions or changes rushing in all at once, more than you can handle.
After the Dragon King gestures, the water rises and quickly covers the village roads and homes. You watch the current, seeking higher ground or looking for people nearby.
Korean lore: Tradition holds that the Dragon King rules over water, but a scene of sending a flood isn’t interpreted as purely auspicious. Since raging water has sometimes been read as a sign of overwhelming change or worry, it helps to consider both the scene and how it felt. (This draws on folk beliefs that the Dragon King rules over water and dream interpretations that liken floods to fear or change.)
Through the mind: You may be feeling that several things have come at once and are hard to control. Being swept away by water might feel like a sign that you need a chance to rest or want help.
