Dreaming of seeing my old desk - dream meaning with inherited lore
It can also be understood as a moment of looking back at familiar routines or work you’ve been doing for a long time.
You see a desk worn smooth from years of use, with chipped corners. Even though it’s familiar, it may feel strange, or the marks of time may catch your eye.
Korean lore: Traditional dream interpretations have sometimes connected a desk with the place you hold in your work or studies. Its worn appearance may also be seen as a chance to reflect on long-standing work or familiar routines. (This interpretation draws on folk traditions that connect desks with our place at work or in our studies.)
Through the mind: The dream may hold a sense that you've been in your current role for a long time, or a wish to see whether familiar ways of doing things need to change. Scenes like this may come up when you're thinking about recurring tasks or the time that's passed.
