Dreaming that a coworker waits in an elevator - dream meaning with inherited lore
A scene where a coworker waits in an elevator may show both the chance to move upward or onward together and the tension you feel along the way.
When the elevator doors open, your coworker is waiting for you inside. You hesitate, then get in together, or feel awkward and look for another elevator.
Korean lore: Traditionally, dreams of moving up or down have sometimes been linked to changes in status or circumstances. If a colleague was waiting, the scene may be seen as moving in the same work-related direction or entering a new phase. (In folk dream interpretation, vehicles that move up and down have been read as symbols of changing circumstances and social currents.)
Through the mind: You may have this dream when the direction ahead feels uncertain, such as during a team move or project change. You may want to move forward with your colleagues while also wanting to decide on your own.
