Dreaming of Making a Wish on a Comet - dream meaning with inherited lore
Making a wish while watching a comet can be seen as a dream that confirms, deep inside, a change you earnestly hope for and a new beginning.
In the brief moment the comet passes, you close your eyes or clasp your hands and make a wish. What you wished for may be clear, or hazy after you wake.
Korean lore: Traditionally, seeing a rare celestial body and making a wish has sometimes been interpreted as hoping for new luck or a door to opportunity to open. Rather than meaning the wish will come true exactly as imagined, it may show that your longing has grown stronger. (This interpretation connects the folk custom of making a wish upon a shooting star or special celestial body with traditional celestial dream readings.)
Through the mind: Such a scene may appear when there is a relationship, goal, or change you deeply want to see come true. It may also reflect a wish to safely bring out a hope you have not been able to voice in real life.
Fortune angle: Traditionally, dreams of celestial bodies associated with wishes have sometimes been linked to hoping for good opportunities or a favorable course of events. Rather than promising an actual result, they are closer to symbols that help you confirm the direction you want for yourself.
