A dream of the Buddha showing you his back - dream meaning with inherited lore
It can reflect the feeling of wanting help but being unable to reach it, or a time when you need to look within rather than search for answers outside yourself.
The Buddha stands before you, then turns away and grows distant. You may call out without him looking back, or wake after quietly watching his back.
Korean lore: Traditionally, dreaming of the Buddha growing distant or turning away has sometimes been interpreted as a sign to reflect on having lost your inner center. It may also be seen as a time to look after your own heart instead of waiting only for outside help. (This connects with Buddhist symbolic interpretations that read distance from a sacred being as inner anxiety or a break in spiritual practice.)
Through the mind: You may have recently felt ignored by someone or hurt because you did not get the answer you wanted. At the same time, the dream may reflect a wish to find out what comfort and direction you truly want.
