Dreaming of seeing a Buddha statue in the mirror - dream meaning with inherited lore

You look in the mirror, but instead of your own reflection, you see a Buddha statue or Buddha's face. You may move closer to check, or turn around to look for your real reflection.

Korean lore: Traditionally, seeing a Buddha reflected in a mirror has sometimes been interpreted as polishing your inner self and looking carefully at your state of mind. It may also be seen as a sign of looking back at yourself and beginning a positive change. (In Buddhist symbolism and folk dream interpretations, the mirror is often connected with self-reflection, while the Buddha is connected with inner standards and compassion.)

Through the mind: You may be reflecting a desire to check your own standards after living according to other people’s evaluations. This may also be a time when you are examining the gap between how you appear outwardly and what you truly feel.
