Dreaming of Being Chased by Your Boss - dream meaning with inherited lore

Your boss follows you through an office hallway or down the stairs, and you keep running. You may barely manage to put some distance between you by closing a door or slipping away another way.

Korean lore: Traditionally, being chased by a senior person has been interpreted as tension about an unavoidable burden or evaluation. The act of running away is sometimes seen as showing a wish to step back from immediate pressure. (In folk dream interpretation, scenes of chasing and being chased are often read as worries or pressure from real life appearing in a dream.)

Through the mind: Such a dream may arise when something keeps weighing on you, like deadlines, reports, or relationships where you have to watch your step. It may also be that the standards you set for yourself appeared in the form of a boss.
