Dreaming that the elevator buttons in an apartment won’t work - dream meaning with inherited lore
This scene may reflect the frustration of wanting to move toward a goal but feeling that progress is slow.
Inside an apartment elevator, you press the button for your floor several times. The light doesn’t come on, or the doors stay shut, and you may start to feel anxious.
Korean lore: There isn’t a clear traditional interpretation of this scene, so you can focus on the elevator stopping or not responding. Rather than deciding it means you’re blocked, it may feel more natural to reflect on whether there’s something you’re waiting for or trying to work out with someone these days. (There isn’t a clear, widely shared interpretation of this scene, so it was approached carefully using general folk interpretations of homes and travel.)
Through the mind: If you want to move on to the next step in work or a move but are waiting on a decision or circumstances, that frustration may be coming through. Whether you felt angry or anxious in the dream may point to whether you need things to move faster or more room to pause.
